Effective 6 July 2026 · Last updated 6 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how USL Consolidators LLC, doing business as ArtMoves ("ArtMoves," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with our fine art services, our websites at wemove.art, and the WeMove.Art operating platform and client portal (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

01Who we are

ArtMoves is a fine art handling and collection management company founded in 1987 and based in Miami, Florida. WeMove.Art is the software platform we operate to document engagements from intake to sign-off, and to provide our clients and partners a portal for shipments, storage inventory, condition reports, invoices, and certificates of insurance.

02Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Contact and inquiry details — name, email, phone, company, and the contents of quote requests or messages you send us.
  • Account information — credentials and profile details for client- or partner-portal access.
  • Engagement information — details about the artwork, collections, shipments, storage, and installations we handle for you, including addresses, schedules, condition notes, and related documents.
  • Billing information — invoicing and payment details needed to bill for and collect on our services. Card payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage and device data — IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and similar log data, collected via cookies and comparable technologies to operate and secure the Services.

Information from connected accounting systems (QuickBooks Online)

Where you or your organization connect a QuickBooks Online account to WeMove.Art, we access accounting data through Intuit's authorized API solely to provide the Services you request — for example, retrieving customer records and invoices, matching payment status, and generating or attaching invoice documents. We access only the data needed for those functions and use it only as described in this Policy. Our access and use of information received through the Intuit / QuickBooks Online API comply with the Intuit Developer requirements.

03How we use information

  • Provide, operate, document, and improve the Services and fulfill engagements.
  • Prepare quotes, schedule work, produce condition reports, and manage storage and chain of custody.
  • Issue invoices, process and reconcile payments, and keep accounting records accurate.
  • Communicate with you about inquiries, engagements, service updates, and support.
  • Secure the Services, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

04How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing, and accounting-integration providers who process data on our behalf under contract, including Intuit (QuickBooks Online), our payment processor, our email provider, and our cloud hosting and security providers.
  • Trusted logistics partners — vetted handlers and carriers engaged to execute a leg of your move, limited to the information required to perform the work.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ArtMoves, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

05Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain accurate business and accounting records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

06Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and least-privilege handling of connected-account data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may disconnect a connected QuickBooks Online account at any time from within the platform or by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. To exercise any right, contact us using the details below.

08Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the Services function.

09Children's privacy

The Services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
