The art moves.
The transparency stays.

We built WeMove.Art because fine art logistics traditionally runs on email and PDFs. Every engagement we accept — whether a Miami install or a multi-leg move executed with trusted partners — is documented from intake to sign-off. Clients see what we see.

  • » Live GPS & chain of custody on every leg
  • » Condition reports with timestamped photo evidence
  • » Storage inventory with rack-level lookup
  • » Invoices, COIs and COAs in one place

»»Fine Art Handling Services

Museum-grade operations.

Four surfaces. One operator. Miami-anchored crews and crating facility; beyond Miami, a vetted partner network. Every leg documented in WeMove.Art with operator attribution, so the move you book in Miami feels the same in São Paulo, Mexico City, or Basel.

01

Global Transport

We are Miami-anchored and partner-extended. Local moves run on our own crews and vehicles; longer legs are executed through a vetted network of art-handling services we've worked with for years. Every shipment is assessed individually — air, road, sea, consolidated or exclusive-use — and routed for the right balance of speed, climate, and cost.

One coordinator owns the move end to end. You never hand off to a stranger, and you never lose visibility: each leg is logged in WeMove.Art with operator attribution, so you can see exactly who has the work, where, and when.

02

Custom Crating

Our full in-house woodworking facility builds to museum-level specification — any size, any geometry, from a single panel painting to multi-piece fair build cycles. Crates are engineered around the object: cavity packing, isolation against shock and vibration, and climate buffering sized to the destination and the season.

All export crating meets ISPM-15 and IPPC standards, so work crosses borders without a hold at customs. Designs are documented and archived, which means a recurring exhibition or a returning loan can reuse a proven crate.

03

Installation & Removal

Our handlers are museum-quality-trained and work white-glove on residential, commercial, and institutional sites. Every project is consultant-assessed before a crate is opened — placement, sightlines, lighting, wall construction, anchoring, and the condition of the work all reviewed on site.

We hang, mount, plinth, and rig — from a single work over a fireplace to a full gallery rotation — and we remove and re-pack with the same discipline. Condition is photographed before and after, time-stamped, and filed to the work's record.

04

Storage Solutions

Climate-controlled, security-monitored storage at our Miami HQ, with natural-disaster planning built into the building and the protocol. Short-term transit storage through to permanent collection holding, plus partner facilities worldwide when a collection lives in more than one place.

Everything is indexed to a rack-level location in WeMove.Art, so a work can be found, pulled, and scheduled for retrieval in minutes — same-day across the Miami metro. You see your inventory, its location, and its last condition check from anywhere.

»»The team

Fernand Valery Adrien

Founder & CEO

Founder, operator, and architect of WeMove.Art. Fernand stewards every engagement personally — from intake to install — and built the operating platform the rest of the team runs on.

His conviction is simple: the people who own irreplaceable work deserve to see what the handlers see. That conviction became the company's technology, and the standard the team holds to.

Gaël Monnin

Director of Collection Management

Owner and curator of Galerie Monnin, descended from a family of gallerists that opened the gallery to the public in Haïti in 1956. Executive director of the Monnin Private Collection and an Emerson College graduate.

She worked in sales for the Delacroix family's fine art gallery in New York and facilitated the Lowe Art Museum's acquisition of a work by a major Haitian artist.

[email protected]

Holly Hawkes

Senior Advisor, Collection Management

Began her career at Sotheby's New York as a specialist in the Impressionist and Modern Art Department, working on the Collection of Mr. & Mrs. John Hay Whitney and the Eleanore and Daniel Saidenberg Collection.

She has managed a contemporary artist's studio and a private collection of African American Art, with skills spanning research, cataloguing, collections care, appraisal, insurance, and conservation oversight.

[email protected]

Behind the advisory team is the operation: 8 full-time art handlers (W2) and 12 freelance handlers (1099), continuously trained and assessed — the people who crate, drive, install, and sign off on every move.
